The Bar Council of the province is a statutory regulatory body of the lawyers of Khyber PakhtunKhwa as well as an institution which caters with the professional requirements of the lawyers, beginning from their enrollments at the subordinate courts to High Court and also is part of the application process etc for the Supreme Court license. With the changing world of communication and introduction of computers and mobile phones, the fast track recording of data and locating at one click is the demand and need of the hour, which I felt right at the beginning of the present tenure of the Bar Council {2021 - 2025}. My colleagues in the Bar Council supported me in my efforts, and today we stand successful in bringing revolutionary change by computerizing and launching of website.

This step will also reduce the postal and stationary expenditure and process of locating the data of a lawyer and will also facilitate the functioning of the Bar Council.
A complete range of computers along with internet connections, scanners, printers and other instruments, and a separate room with a modern working counter are established at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa bar Council after long efforts during the last year.

The, Khyber PakhtunKhwa Bar Council is going to publish its own monthly law journal from next year to be known as Khyber Law Journal from Peshawar, reporting the latest case law from Peshawar High Court jurisdiction, Supreme Court jurisdiction as well as Important cases from other jurisdictions also.
