Composition

KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA BAR COUNCIL consist of ...

a. Advocate General of the Province as ex-officio Chairman; and

b. V ice Chairman shall be elected by the members of council in the prescribed manner from amongst themselves in Janurary of each year.

c. Chairman Executive committee shall be elected by the members

d. Secretary: The whole time employee, responsible to perform duties enshrined under the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973, and the Pakistan Legal Practitioners & Bar Council Rules, 1974 and to deal with the administrative affairs.
